4.1 Pontacol publishes job vacancies on the webpage, too. There applicants are enabled to send us their application dossier directly online (via mail). If you send your dossier this way electronically to us, it is directly transferred to our server in Switzerland. We will keep your dossier and all data contained in confidence. The given data will only be used for HR purposes, i.e. for assessment of your aptitude for the job vacancy. We will protect the data from access of unauthorised persons.
4.2 A transferal of the data to third persons, also abroad (countries outside Switzerland), sometimes may be necessary. In such cases we will put in place the required safeguards to ensure that any recipients abroad are bound by the same data protection standards. We will store your dossier and data contained as long as necessary for the purpose, else we will erase the data. If you are not employed in the run of the online application procedure, we will store your application for another six months and get back to this in case of another vacancy with a fitting job profile. If you are employed after the application we will migrate your stored data to our central HR-administration.
5. Information, Correction, Deletion and Contact
5.1 You may, at any time, request information on the data saved on your person at no charge by using the contacts mentioned below. You may also request the deletion or correction of your data. You data will then be deleted or blocked at once, unless there are statutory data retention obligations on our part; in such cases your data will be stored but not processed until expiration of the retention obligation.
